Based from past analytics and learning from successful A/B testing, I explored how I could make exciting large scale enhancements to the experience and the brand perception to boost sales for my long-term client The Instant Group.

Premise

We identified a range of product concerns stemming from: content hierarchy, mechanical SEO focused descriptions, confusing product labelling and pricing, plus negative feedback from Trustpilot reviewers.

Approach

We explored ways to revamp the customer perception and journey, focusing on three key areas for improvement, each poised to potentially boost conversion rate and actual sales:

  1. Redefining brand identity

  2. Content optimisation and simplification

  3. Demystifying pricing

This needed to be achieved without impacting engine ranking, organic and paid SEO and the existing industry-leading conversion rate.

Outcome

The vision presentation work produced was extremely well received by business stakeholders. I was subsequently contracted to apply many of the concepts to Worka, TIG’s exciting new flexspace start up.
